Determinants Of Labour Turnover Among Academic Staff Of Private University In Ekiti State

Abstract
This study examined the determinants of labour turnover among academic staff of private university in Ekiti State. From the obtained results of inferential statistics indicated that the entire pension and gratuity, workload and supervision and job challenge have Positive and significant effect on labour turnover at 0.05 level of significance. However, pension and gratuity has the highest significant value due to it monetary need and satisfaction on human being after retirement. The entire hypotheses have strong significant value on labour turnover. Furthermore, it was found that alternate hypotheses were accepted and the null hypotheses were rejected thus implied that pension and gratuity, workload and supervision and job challenge is positively related to labour turnover.
